Hi, I'm Sami. I fell in love with the slow, patient craft of naturally leavened bread – the alchemy of flour, water, and time. Each loaf is a small hearth: warm, nourishing, and meant to be shared.

My approach centers on heritage grains, long fermentation, and seasonal ingredients. Thank you for inviting my bread to your table.

How It Works

    Select your loaf & pickup date (or choose Special Order).

  2. Freshly baked

    Dough is naturally fermented & baked the morning of pickup.

  3. Pickup

    Collect your loaf at the scheduled pickup location or market stall.
